INFORMATION

High society - the upper crust - no matter what name they go by, there are always those who stand above the crowd in terms of monetary wealth. Hosting extravagant parties and galas, engaging in business and espionage, manor-owners receive a taste of "southern royalty" by maintaining their manor and by extension their family name.

There are a limited number of available manors within each town; thus, they are held to a high standard of selection.

408 HESTIA ST. | CLOSED

Light and feminine, 408 Hestia St. is a home of innovation and surprising cheer. Vast open spaces become a hobbyist's dream within this spacious manor. An indoor garden, paintings strewn about - chaos blends into perfect harmony to create this mansion.

The home itself is two-story, with a smaller less-private children's bedroom and a spacious master with a bath just across the hall.

409 HESTIA ST. | CLOSED

Some call it grim; others, eclectic. And most everyone wonders if the rumors of secret passages behind the walls or see-through paintings could possible be true. 409 Hestia st. was built in the late 1870s, meant only to be the pinnacle of refinement. A grand library, beautiful bedrooms... perhaps it is not so grim as people imagine.

409 Hestia lends itself to an "old money" aesthetic, with its rich and dark colors, beautiful library, and office spaces. The home possesses two bedrooms - a master and a children's - as well as a few locked doors never to be opened. The perfect home for a larger family to settle into.

410 HESTIA ST. | CLOSED

As striking as it is imposing, this tall home is a newer build in city, only being sold early in 1883. Teeming with greenery all across the property, the manor is a host or hostess' paradise. Grand piano, checkered floor, ample space... a showman's dream, in one place.

This spacious home boasts a downstairs dedicated almost entirely to guests, galas, and soirees, with the upstairs serving as home to two large rooms and a spacious tailoring studio. The home gears itself largely towards small families who enjoy a more lavish lifestyle.

411 HESTIA ST. | CLOSED

This historic mansion is considered to be one of the first built in Saint Denis, years ago. Modeled in the style of classical plantation homes, 411 Hestia st. Trading hands from family to family through the years, the home has never quite found a legacy for itself in anything but its sheer age and striking appearance.

This home is built with the studious in mind - ample library, study, and office spaces finding themselves well-balanced with two spacious bedrooms and an in-home bar in the upstairs of the manor. Hosting four beds in total, this mid-sized home is made to accommodate a small family.

412 HESTIA ST. | CLOSED

Resting just on the 'lower' fringes of Saint Denis' high society social ladder, 412 Hestia st. is an older build, beginning to show its age. This moderately-sized manor makes up for what it lacks in grandeur with usefulness and social appeal - a simple home for the burgeoning investor or perhaps a single socialite.

The manor boasts a downstairs in-home bar, a large kitchen, office, and bedroom - the perfect fit for a small family, or one whose children have already flown from the nest.
