There are a limited number of available manors within each town; thus, they are held to a high standard of selection.

- May hire up to EIGHT staff.
- Manors are considered private properties, and may be locked up or closed at any time or for any reason.
- Owners and family members must maintain high-quality roleplay befitting of the era and social climate.
- Manor families may own up to two additional properties total, under the direct ownership of extant family members.
