What Are Properties?
Opening a business is one of the most sure-fire ways to ensure stability and legacy within the State of Lavinia - but to do so, you will need a place of operations.

PROPERTIES are labelled as any non-residential building or location that can be owned by a player-character. These include saloons, ranches, farms, restaurants, and many other such places. Becoming a landowner is as simple as an application!
PROPERTY GUIDELINES
Property positions are held to a higher standard than general roleplay. Before applying, please keep the following in mind:

Property-Holders are expected to be active at least once per week.

Players may hold no more than two properties across their characters.

Characters may not hold more than one property.

Exploitation of properties will result in revocation.
PROPERTY APPLICATIONS
Players may apply for careers via the community Discord server. Navigate to the Applications category and find the Properties channel to get started.

Denied applicants may reapply after a period of 24 hours - all denials will be offered feedback on why their application was denied, and how to get approved.
