RANCH

INFORMATION
Meat, dairy, eggs, and hides are the backbone of day-to-day life. From cooking to tailoring, these products are used by nearly everyone - and thus lies the purpose of the ranch. Ranches are able to raise, breed, and sell large quantities of livestock, to supply the masses.

Ranches do not require the knowledge or upkeep of the larger horse ranches, and thus are a perfect fit for many.

CARMODY DELL | OPEN
Carmody Dell was once the primary dairy farm in the state - providing milk, cheese, and beef from Saint Denis to Tumbleweed, the business fell into ruin in the summer of 1872, after a scandal drove its owner into financial and societal ruin. Though the house and property itself may be littered with history and dust, it is hardly in ill repair - a perfect abode for one interested in the ranching industry.

The old, blue-slat house features two large bedrooms and moderate kitchen - the perfect fit for a small family or a owner and foreman. A large storage shed rests on the property, alongside a spacious paddock for grazing bovines.
ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES
Players who own and operate Carmody Dell Ranch are not required to abide by any firm guidelines or rules - the location may be operated and maintained to the satisfaction of the owning rancher.

HILL HAVEN RANCH | OPEN
Within the heart of the Scarlett Meadow, Hill Haven Ranch is a newer steading, built only within the last twenty years. The uneven terrain put many off from owning the property - but the location has its charms nonetheless. With ample space to house cattle, pigs, and other livestock, the meat and dairy industry can boom here - and with so little fertile ground in the county, the location is set to be doubly profitable.

The property boasts a large, well-kempt home with two beds and a spacious kitchen. Three paddocks and two barns line the property, making it nothing short of ideal for any rancher.
ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES
Players who own and operate Hill Haven Ranch are not required to abide by any firm guidelines or rules - the location may be operated and maintained to the satisfaction of the owning rancher.

LITTLE CREEK RANCH | CLOSED
Resting just along the river for which it was named, Little Creek Ranch is a profitable cattle ranch, servicing the northwestern part of the state. First founded as a small family home in 1852, Little Creek rested unmanned and unowned for years - a serviceable hideaway for criminals and outlaws in the Big Valley area. Recently, the place has been revitalized and given new life.

The cabin is a small, one-bedroom home with a large barn off to the edge of the property. Entirely fenced in, with a few corrals, the location is built specifically for the breeding of cattle.
ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES
Players who own and operate Little Creek Ranch are not required to abide by any firm guidelines or rules - the location may be operated and maintained to the satisfaction of the owning rancher.

MACLEAN RANCH | CLOSED
Resting just on the bank of the Kamassa River, MacLean Ranch is a small homestead that bridges the county line of New Hanover and Lemoyne. Long abandoned, the area was once the home of a Abe MacLean, who went missing in 1872. Since then, rumors of spirits in the nearby swampland have stunted growth and interest in this quiet corner of the marsh... but that is all a myth, right?

This small, one-room home on the waterfront comes with a number of livestock pens, a coop, and a number of sheds across the property. Though not the most well-kept ranch, function outweighs aesthetics here.
ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES
Players who own and operate the MacLean Ranch are not required to abide by any firm guidelines or rules - the location may be operated and maintained to the satisfaction of the owning rancher.

PAINTED SKY RANCH | CLOSED
Nestled just at the peak of a hill, not too far from Strawberry, Painted Sky Ranch was once intended to be the family home of a young Irish family when they arrived in America - a symbol of a brighter future under the beautiful open sky. But tragedy after tragedy saw the place repossessed by the bank in 1884. Now, this fertile stretch lays, ready for new ownership.

A large, two-bedroom home makes up the core of the property, with a on-site barn and stable for storage and housing livestock. With a cliff-front view and a great deal space to build and grow, the property is an ideal place to begin a business.
ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES
Players who own and operate the Painted Sky Ranch are not required to abide by any firm guidelines or rules - the location may be operated and maintained to the satisfaction of the owning rancher.
